Sample Document Drafting Systems from Legal Systematics

To run any of the sample systems below:

DACA (Deposit Account Control Agreement). The Deposit Account Control Agreement is a mechanism for a creditor to perfect a security interest in a bank deposit account as original collateral by obtaining control under Section 9-104 of the Uniform Commercial Code. The system is based on a model form promulgated by a joint Task Force of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association.

Factoring Letter of Indemnity. The Letter of Indemnity is a factoring industry standard form issued by one factor to another when a client changes factoring companies. Factoring is a financial transaction where a business sells its accounts receivable at a discount.

Delaware Certificate of Incorporation. This system generates a certificate of incorporation for use in the state of Delaware.
